This will be the first SF Service Design Thinks event!
This special edition of SF Service Design Drinks will be a bit more organized in that we will have a guest speaker. Ben Fullerton will be giving an overview of service design and share his experience at the early stages of London-based service design firm live|work. Ben is English! Which means he’s really informative and knows a lot more about service design than anyone in the United States. ;)
The short talk will be followed by Q&A and the great friendly discussions and drinks you’ve come to expect from service design drinks.
