Join us for another round of SF Service Design Drinks. We will again mix drinks with making, as we continue to experiment with the format.
This time around we will be getting our hands dirty with service blueprints. What is a service blueprint? What does it look like? And how can I make one? Susan Dybbs and Renna Al-Yassini – both of whom studied service design at Carnegie Mellon University (Renna also taught service design!) – will guide us during this making activity!
